i need a roommate

$475 month.
i am looking for a roommate for april 1 or around that time.
i am student at the school of the art institute of chicago.
the apt is a 2.5 bedroom. the bedroom for rent is small but the shared space is large. its the second floor of a house. gated all around the house. storage in the basement. central air and heat. wireless and cable for 35 a month. great windows. back porch. the (1/2) bedroom is covered with tarping and space to store supplies. great for painting or sculpture.

i am really chill. i am getting a studio space near school so i will be there a lot.
i work a lot and hang out with friends. i love this apartment and i would love to find somebody who is artistic, queer friendly, doesnt do drugs, does not smoke in the house, and likes music. also, nobody that i cant meet before moving in. thanks.
